The intervention area is located on Settignano hill, immersed in a park of over two hectares overlooking the city of Florence. The residential complex will be the redevelopment of three historic villas together with the construction of 3 new single family villas. In total 40 apartments of various sizes will be created, enriched by outdoor common and private spaces, parking lots and swimming pools.
